Nick is a graduate from Sydney University where he studied Agricultural Economics Majoring in Finance and Economics. After working in the financial markets broking commodities and bonds he decided that property finance and helping clients were his passion.
Nick has a thirst for both financial and economic knowledge, and he enjoys helping clients to understand the market factors which drive property prices and interest rate fluctuations.
His clients, in return, appreciate his ability to communicate clearly with them, translate complex issues into simple language, and outline the factors which affect them most – what they pay for their property and what they will pay in interest over the life of their loans.

Odessa brings over 14 years of experience in the banking and mortgage industry and plays a central leadership role in the operational success of MortgageWorks.
As Head of Operations, Odessa oversees business operations across the organisation, including workflow management, reporting, compliance, systems, and strategic initiatives. She works closely with brokers, credit analysts, and the leadership team to ensure operational processes run efficiently while maintaining the high service standards MortgageWorks is known for.
Odessa was part of the foundation team when MortgageWorks launched in 2021 and was instrumental in building the Back Office function from the ground up. Starting with a small team of four loan processors, she successfully scaled the operations team to 14 members while implementing systems, workflows, and training frameworks that support the brokerage’s continued growth. Known for her process-driven mindset and strong leadership, she also provides guidance to brokers and analysts on complex applications and operational best practices.
Prior to MortgageWorks, Odessa built extensive experience across both international banking and the Australian mortgage industry.
Odessa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) and a Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management (DipFMBM), combining strong technical expertise with deep operational knowledge of the lending industry.
Outside of work, she enjoys travelling and experiencing different cultures. She also loves coffee, cooking, reading, and watching movies and documentaries.
Kristen is a dedicated and highly skilled Client Manager with a degree in Business & Commerce, majoring in Applied Finance.
With extensive experience in the finance industry, she has developed a strong ability to meet tight deadlines, expertly multitask, and deliver exceptional customer service. Recognized as a crucial team member, her commitment to excellence and efficiency enhances team dynamics and overall success.
Outside of her professional life, Kristen is a health and fitness fanatic, maintaining a balanced and active lifestyle that fuels her drive for discipline and perseverance in her work.
Eliet holds a Diploma of Financial Services along with a Bachelor of Hotel Management. For 15 years she worked in, and was a manager in, the hospitality and service industry before making the change to finance.
Currently the Client Manager in Anthony Roddy’s team, Eliet understands the importance of a personalised, friendly service when it comes to building positive relationships. She enjoys photography, travelling, and spending time with her little girl.
Sanju (Sage) comes from Nepal, a country celebrated for its majestic mountains and rich cultural heritage. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a diploma in Business Immersion majoring in Finance. She has also completed Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking and is currently working as a Credit Adviser in George’s team at MortgageWorks.

Now serving as Back Office Team Manager, Rachelle leads the MortgageWorks operations team, overseeing workflow allocation, maintaining service standards, and supporting the ongoing development of the team through training, mentoring, and performance management. Her leadership ensures the smooth execution of loan processing and operational systems that enable brokers to deliver the highest level of service to clients.
Rachelle holds a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking and combines her technical expertise with a people-first approach that fosters collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across the team.

Merian brings over five years of experience in the Australian mortgage industry and is a valued member of the MortgageWorks operations team.
As a Client Manager within Anthony Roddy’s team, Merian provides essential support to brokers and clients throughout the loan process. She assists with preparing application documentation, liaising with lenders, and managing loan files through each stage to help ensure applications progress smoothly and efficiently.
Known for her collaborative approach and strong organisational skills, Merian previously served as a Pod Leader and Loan Processing Specialist within the MortgageWorks Back Office team. In that role, she was a trusted point of contact for process-related questions, supporting team members while also managing loan applications and ensuring files progressed efficiently through each stage of the process.
Before joining MortgageWorks, Merian gained experience working within the U.S. banking and financial services sector, further strengthening her understanding of lending processes and client service.
Outside of work, Merian enjoys travelling around the Philippines and exploring new destinations, cuisines, and experiences. She also enjoys documenting her travels and sharing these moments on social media.
Tom is a graduate of The University of Sydney, where he studied Politics, Economics, and Social Science, majoring in Economics and Government/International Relations. Jack joined the team following six successful years as a licensed real estate agent with Richardson & Wrench in Sydney’s highly competitive Eastern Suburbs market.
