Anthony has over 10 years of experience working in finance and accounting. Prior to becoming a mortgage broker, Anthony was a chartered accountant specialising in taxation at firms such as Deloitte and Vistra.

Anthony got into the mortgage broking industry because he has a passion for helping people create wealth through their investment decisions, particularly with a property focus. He also felt that an opportunity existed to provide highly specialised, tailored solutions for individuals with complex requirements.

Anthony is recognised as a leading mortgage broker in the industry. In 2020, 2022, and 2023 he was an MPA Top 100 Broker. Additionally, in 2018 he was recognised as a finalist in the Best Newcomer at the Better Business Awards, and an AFG top 40 broker.

Nick is a graduate from Sydney University where he studied Agricultural Economics Majoring in Finance and Economics. After working in the financial markets broking commodities and bonds he decided that property finance and helping clients were his passion.

Nick has a thirst for both financial and economic knowledge, and he enjoys helping clients to understand the market factors which drive property prices and interest rate fluctuations.

His clients, in return, appreciate his ability to communicate clearly with them, translate complex issues into simple language, and outline the factors which affect them most – what they pay for their property and what they will pay in interest over the life of their loans.

Nick has a multitude of awards, being in MFAA’s Top 30 under 30 brokers in 2017, the MPA’s Top 40 under 40 in both 2017 and 2018, and an MPA Top 100 Broker in 2020.

He is the owner of a wrestling/jiu-jitsu gym and a part owner of a hatted fine dining restaurant in Melbourne. Michal is passionate about real estate & finance and enjoys helping clients achieve their financial goals.

Odessa Tuico

Odessa has been working in the Australian mortgage industry for the past 8 years and has a diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management.

She has experience working as pre-credit analyst for a non-bank lender and as broker support manager for multiple aggregators.

Odessa is responsible for managing the lodgement and approval process for the MortgageWorks team. Her expertise is managing offshore teams for broker support where she does the hiring, training, developing of workflow and creating processes.

Rachelle Ann Alfonso

Rachelle has been working in the Australian mortgage industry for the past 6 years.

Prior to joining MortgageWorks, Rachelle worked in roles at Galilee Solicitors, Smartline Personal Mortgage Advisers performing tasks in all parts of the mortgage process including the preparation and submission of applications, right through to settlement and post-settlement support.

Rachelle is a client manager in Anthony’s team and is responsible for overseeing all applications and ensuring a smooth process for clients right throughout the process. Rachelle is known for her attention to detail and eagerness to assist clients and colleagues wherever she can.

Sage is a creative thinker and problem solver with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experience. With more than 5 years of experience in the mortgage broking industry, she has developed a deep understanding of the credit policies, products and the loan process. Her keen eye for detail and her perseverance enables her in achieving the desired outcomes.
